We have been recognized as Mobile's Premier Health Club for Women only. We were recently recognized as one of Mobile's top 10 Small Business' by the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce.

There is never a wait for Cardio Equipment because we have over 40 pieces of  equipment including Treadmills, Elliptical Trainers, Stair Climbers, Bikes, and Stair Steppers.

We have over 40 various pieces of strength or resistance equipment from various companies in order to provide variety to your workout.

Almost all designed specifically for women.

We have a great Group Fitness or Aerobics room with special shock absorbing flooring and a large locker room to offer to our members.
