CORE Fitness For Women is not just an express club, providing only limited services. Our members can take advantage of our World Class Group fitness program. We offer the same program that can be found around the world from LesMills. Les Mills group fitness programs are an unstoppable phenomenon, with up to 4 million participants a week in nearly 10,000 clubs across 55 countries. As a Platinum Member, CORE Fitness for Women offers each of their programs to our members. It includes BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyFlow, BodyStep, BodyAttack, BodyJam, BodyVive, and RPM.
